Meet Saralyn Tasting Dinner

Meet the newest member of our team: Saralyn Smith, Chef & Director of Food Programming! Saralyn brings 15+ years of culinary experience to her new role and is set to re-imagine WCI’s educational food programming and culinary events. To showcase Saralyn’s culinary vision and talents, WCI is hosting a limited five-course tasting dinner series.

The tasting menu includes:

Berry Champagne Sauce | Cous Cous

Red Wine Sauce | Asparagus

Mousse | Rhubarb Gelee

Doors open at 6 pm, service begins at 6:30 pm. BYOB beer and wine, there is no corkage fee. This event is community seating. If reservations are full, email Colette for a place on the wait list.
