Abundance To Go

Abundance To Go is a seasonal pop-up market and take-out dinner experience that connects people to fresh, locally grown food while supporting the Wallace Centers of Iowa’s mission to care for land, food, and community.

Hosted at the historic Wallace House, Abundance To Go brings together produce grown at the Wallace Farm, value-added Abundance products, and chef-prepared meals inspired by what’s growing in our gardens. It’s an easy, welcoming way to enjoy nourishing food while supporting sustainable agriculture and local food access.

Abundance To Go happens several times throughout the year and is designed to make good food more accessible, convenient, and joyful.

At each event, visitors can:

• Purchase fresh produce grown at the Wallace Farm and sourced from local producers

• Stock up on Abundance products, made with ingredients from our farm and partners

• Pre-order chef-prepared meals to go, thoughtfully crafted around seasonal ingredients

Abundance To Go events are open to everyone. Dates, menus, and pre-order details are announced throughout the year.
