Due to staff illness, Abundance To Go is canceled this month. Join us for the next monthly market on Tuesday, May 19.

Abundance to Go is a seasonal pop up market at the Wallace House for you to:

• Purchase your favorite Abundance products like Tomato Compote, Garlic Smoked Salt and Lavender Sugar
• Pick up chef prepared dishes for a take out dinner
• Purchase fresh produce from the Wallace Farm

Pre-orders for takeout meals will close at noon on Friday, April 10. Please place your to go order below. Pick up is from 3 to 6 pm at the Wallace House on Tuesday, April 14.

A note from Chef Gabe on this month’s menu:

This month’s menu is influenced by some of the very best food moments in movies. 

Remy’s Soup $7
cream, housemade stock, white wine, parsley, oregano, onion, garlic, potatoes, tomato, basil, leeks, shallot, bay leaf
From Ratatouille: Linguini can’t cook, Remy saves the day and puts Gusteaus back on the map. This is my interpretation of the soup that started it all.

Cobb Salad  $10
fresh greens, chicken, blue cheese, bacon, beets, eggs
From Julie & Julia: While we never see the cobb salad in the movie, it is the catalyst for Julie’s journey through Julia Child’s cookbook.

Grilled Cheese $8
white and yellow cheddar, gruyere, parmesan
From Chef: Jon Faveru with a true love letter to food. Easily the best food movie, I’ll save the Cubano for next time. 

Prison Pasta  $13
Pork, beef, onion, tomatoes, garlic, herbs
From Goodfellas: “Gotta have the pork, that’s the flavor, 3 small onions, 2 cans of tomatoes, razor blade sliced garlic.” I use tomatoes preserved from our farm.

Matilda’s Chocolate Cake  $10
From Matilda: Don’t worry, there’s no Trunchbull to make you eat the whole cake, unlike poor Bruce.
