Chef Katie is teaming up with Iowa farmers Amy & Jason Boyer of Boyer Family Farms for a special prix fixe dinner! Jason & Amy raise all-natural beef & pork near Osceola, IA. They also own and operate Harvest Barn Marketplace, selling their meat, fresh produce, candles, fudge and gifts direct to consumers. They will share their remarkable story during the evening.
The menu includes 3 courses:
First: Tart Cherry Glazed Beef Short Rib
Second: Bacon Jam & Quark Cheese Pork Roulade
Third: Dark Chocolate Torte with Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream
Doors open at 6 pm, dinner served at 6:30 pm. $65/person includes gratuity. BYOB; glassware & opener provided. Reservations are by table only. Full refund (minus transaction fees) if notified by noon Tuesday prior. If all tables are reserved, please email Katie to be put on the wait list.
