No Farm to Table Thursday: October 26

Our long-time Wallace House chef, Katie Porter, left at the end of September to pursue a different career path. Replacing her has proven to be more difficult and time consuming than we expected. As a result, we have decided to pause Farm to Table Thursdays for the remainder of 2023.

Instead of rushing the process or putting all of our energy into creating new temporary food experiences, we’re using this time to research and reflect on what are the best ways for our food programs to come back strong, sustainable and engaging.

We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to welcoming folks back to the Wallace House in 2024.
