Please email info@wallace.org if you’d like to be added to the waitlist in case of a cancellation.  \nJoin us at the Wallace House for an early spring farm to table dining experience featuring Chef Gabe’s handmade pasta. \nDoors open at 6 pm at the Wallace House with service beginning at 6:30 pm. Bring your own beer or wine. \nThis event has assigned community seating; leave any seating requests with your order and we will do our best to accommodate. \n\nIf you have any food allergies or dietary needs\, please contact our staff and we will do our best to accommodate. \n  \n\nMENU\ncarrot stuffed pasta\nhouse ricotta\, carrot top pesto\, dill\, almonds\, microgreens \npork cheek Bolognese\nfresh tagliatelle\, farm fresh vegetables and herbs \ncherry panna cotta\nmeringue cookies\, pecans \nIngredients from the Wallace Farm: carrots\, dill\, cherries\, other seasonal vegetables and herbs  \nBecause our dinners are planned on pre-registrations\, fees are non-refundable if cancellation received less than 10 days before the event date. Refunds for reservations made by credit card will reflect a deduction of the transaction fees. Registrants are always welcome to send someone in their place if unable to attend.

This is my interpretation of the soup that started it all. \nCobb Salad  $10\nfresh greens\, chicken\, blue cheese\, bacon\, beets\, eggs\nFrom Julie & Julia: While we never see the cobb salad in the movie\, it is the catalyst for Julie’s journey through Julia Child’s cookbook. \nGrilled Cheese $8\nwhite and yellow cheddar\, gruyere\, parmesan\nFrom Chef: Jon Faveru with a true love letter to food. Easily the best food movie\, I’ll save the Cubano for next time.  \nPrison Pasta  $13\nPork\, beef\, onion\, tomatoes\, garlic\, herbs\nFrom Goodfellas: “Gotta have the pork\, that’s the flavor\, 3 small onions\, 2 cans of tomatoes\, razor blade sliced garlic.” I use tomatoes preserved from our farm. \nMatilda’s Chocolate Cake  $10\nFrom Matilda: Don’t worry\, there’s no Trunchbull to make you eat the whole cake\, unlike poor Bruce.
