DESCRIPTION:Reservations open January 9! \nChef Katie is teaming up with Iowa farmers Amy & Jason Boyer of Boyer Family Farms for a special prix fixe dinner! Jason & Amy raise all-natural beef & pork near Osceola\, IA. They also own and operate Harvest Barn Marketplace\, selling their meat\, fresh produce\, candles\, fudge and gifts direct to consumers. They will share their remarkable story during the evening. \nThe menu includes 3 courses: \nFirst: Tart Cherry Glazed Beef Short Rib \nSecond: Bacon Jam & Quark Cheese Pork Roulade \nThird: Dark Chocolate Torte with Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream \nDoors open at 6 pm\, dinner served at 6:30 pm. $65/person includes gratuity. BYOB; glassware & opener provided. Reservations are by table only. Full refund (minus transaction fees) if notified by noon Tuesday prior. DESCRIPTION:This 3-course luncheon includes a program of readings taken from the women’s section of historic issues of Wallaces’ Farmer magazine when Nancy Cantwell Wallace was editor. Each program and menu is a little different. Please let us know in advance about any dietary restrictions. Small groups welcome. \nBeginning January 9\, reserve your table online\, call 515.243.7063 or email Ann. If the available table size doesn’t match your group size\, please call to ask about possible adjustments. \nBecause our class and event experiences are planned on pre-registrations\, fees are non-refundable if cancellation received less than 10 days before the event date. Refunds for reservations made by credit card will reflect a deduction of the transaction fees. Registrants are always welcome to send someone in their place if unable to attend.
