Spring Cocktails & Appetizers Online Cooking Class

Turn those fresh spring fruits and veggies into tasty adult beverages and appetizers! Katie covers a Cucumber Basil Gimlet, Rhubarb Spritzer, Asparagus Radish Tapenade and Tomato Peach Relish. Registration ends midnight Sunday, April 25.
After you register for the class, Chef Katie will email you a grocery and small wares list along with a Zoom link and helpful tips on getting connected. (If you haven’t received her email at least 3 days before the class, please check your junk folder.) Gather all the ingredients and tools in your own kitchen then watch while Katie demonstrates right alongside as you’re working. Please include the phone number where we can reach you during class in case of connection problems.
To access a Zoom meeting you’ll need these features on your computer, tablet or smartphone:
- An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
- A webcam or HD webcam – built-in or USB plug-in
- OR a HD cam or HD camcorder with video capture card
