Online Cooking Class: Asparagus

This is the perfect time to use this wonderful spring ingredient in some new recipes: Citrus Roasted Asparagus and Asparagus Radish Tapenade.

After you register for the class, Katie will email you a grocery and small wares list along with a Zoom link and helpful tips on getting connected. Gather all the ingredients and tools in your own kitchen then watch while Katie demonstrates right alongside as you’re working. Please include the phone number where we can reach you during class in case of connection problems.

To access Zoom meetings, you’ll need these features on your computer, tablet or smartphone:

  • An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
  • Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
  • A webcam or HD webcam – built-in or USB plug-in
  • OR a HD cam or HD camcorder with video capture card
