Know Your Farmer: Mangalitsa Pork Dinner

Chef Katie is teaming up with Iowa farmers Steve and Becky Kerns for a special Mangalitsa pork dinner! This heirloom breed is known for its especially tender, flavorful pork. Steve and Becky will be on hand to share their story before and after dinner. 3-course menu includes Elderberry Glazed Pork Belly with Sweet Potatoes Two Ways, Pickled Cauliflower and Microgreens Salad; Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Glazed Butternut Squash, Radishes and Carrots; Garlic Nettle Custard and Rosemary Jus; and Dark Chocolate Cake with Maple Bacon Ice Cream and Bourbon Glaze. 6:30 pm dinner, doors open at 6 pm. $55/person includes tip. BYOB. Community seating as space is limited to 40 people.
