Cooking fish can be tricky, but Katie will walk you through every step for a delicious Pan Roasted Salmon. Pair it with her Spring Panzanella Salad that readily adapts to all kinds of seasonal veggies. Registration ends midnight Sunday, May 2.
After you register for the class, Chef Katie will email you a grocery and small wares list along with a Zoom link and helpful tips on getting connected. Gather all the ingredients and tools in your own kitchen then watch while Katie demonstrates right alongside as you’re working. Please include the phone number where we can reach you during class in case of connection problems.
To access a Zoom meeting you’ll need these features on your computer, tablet or smartphone:

- Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
