Farm to Table Thursday

You can’t get more local than this! Chef Katie takes our fresh farm produce, adds protein from other Iowa farms and businesses and transforms them into satisfying appetizers, entrees and desserts. Fresh vegetables are the stars here, with seasonal side dishes available for sharing. Each week’s menu features a special appetizer, entree, and dessert.
