You’ll learn three Mediterranean recipes: Pan-seared Salmon with Artichoke Tahini Puree over a Farro, Bean and Vegetable Salad with Lemon Anchovy Viniagrette. $45/person, incl. dinner and handouts. Because food and supply prep is based on registrations, class and event fees are non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 10 days before the event date. Refunds for reservations made by credit card will reflect the deduction of transaction fees. Registrants are welcome and encouraged to send someone in their place if unable to attend.
