This new dining series includes a choice of entrée, dessert and dash of history.  Step into a nostalgic evening at the Wallace House, where Iowa State Fair traditions come to life! Dinner features entrée and dessert options inspired by classic fair flavors–then test your state fair smarts with trivia cards at every table.

Vegan Philly and “Cheesy” Potatoes

Chicken Bahn mi with Hot Chili Salted Potatoes
Bacon pate | pickled veggies | cilantro

Pulled Lamb Sandwich with Truffle Potatoes
Lamb braised BBQ sauce | pickled veggies

Tickets are available by private or community table seating. Please include entrée and dessert options for each member of your party.
